Terms of Service

1. Account Terms & Security

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, session tokens, and passwords. 1ERP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Authorized Users: You are responsible for all activity, data entries, and ledger transactions executed under your account and by any team members you invite to your organization.
• Human Registration: Accounts registered by automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated scripts are not permitted.

2. Acceptable Use & Fair Conduct

We believe in mutual respect and good faith. You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or test the vulnerability of the system or network without authorization.
• Overload, flood, or disrupt our backend infrastructure or reverse-proxy services.
• Use the service to transmit malicious code, malware, spam, or unlawful material.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or user to gain unauthorized access to isolated workspace data.

3. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

• You Own Your Data: All proprietary business data, customer records, supplier directories, transactions, documents, and formulas that you input into 1ERP remain entirely your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
• Dedicated Isolation: Each organization operates in an isolated transactional database environment. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your organization data with third parties or advertisers.
• Export Rights: You can export your data, generate Typst PDF documents, and download database records at any time from within your workspace.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to provide continuous uptime, reliable performance, and instant data sync. However, from time to time, services may undergo brief scheduled maintenance or emergency upgrades to maintain system security and database integrity. We will make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance in advance.

5. Cancellation & Data Deletion

• Self-Service Management: You may cancel or archive your workspace at any time through the organization administration settings.
• Data Deletion Lifecycle: When an organization account is closed, active access is revoked immediately. All operational records and transactional tables are permanently purged from active systems and subsequent backup cycles according to our standard data retention schedule. Once permanently deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

6. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We may improve, refine, or update features in 1ERP as the platform evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect product enhancements or legal requirements. When significant changes occur, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active workspace administrators. Continued use of 1ERP after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

1ERP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1ERP, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
